Pre-Prep & Nursery are delighted to be able to adopt four different endangered species: Nursery will adopt a Humboldt Penguin; Reception, a Giant Tortoise; Year 1, a Morolets Crocodile and Year 2, an Amur Leopard.

Their thanks go to Friends of Pinewood for supporting the adoptions.  Pupils will learn about the animals in a range of cross curriculum activities within the  Science, Citizenship and English Curriculums.  All the animals are based at Cotswold Wildlife Park and a trip is planned there later this term, when Year 1 and 2 pupils will have a chance to see their animal.  The school name will be displayed as an adoptee on a board outside each animals habitat.
