We work to educate the children on the different food groups and the importance of eating well to promote a healthy lifestyle. The food is clearly labeled and staff are always on hand to help the children with their selection. 

We pride ourselves on cooking a varied selection of dishes from around the world – from traditional English fare to Italian, Chinese and Indian.  These meals and our cakes, biscuits and bread are cooked fresh on-site by our highly trained chefs.

Pre-Prep and Early Years eat in the Dining Room and are served the main hot dish of the day with freshly baked bread, followed by a choice of the day’s pudding and fresh fruit.  Pre-Prep staff sit with the children, encourage good manners and support children in trying some different and exciting dishes. 

Once in the Prep School pupils have a choice at lunchtime of a hot main dish (meat or vegetarian) or the salad bar, which always contains a protein element. There will usually be a choice of hot or cold puddings, fruit salad and fresh fruit.

Throughout the Pre-Prep and Prep School, good table manners are promoted and the children are encouraged to try all the food on their plate.  We can cater to special dietary requirements, and parents are always welcome to come and discuss specific diets with the school chefs.

We operate as a nut, sesame and cinnamon free school.
