Estates Manager

We are looking to recruit an Estates Manager for Spring 2019.

The Estates Manager is responsible for the effective management of the School’s buildings, estates and sports facilities including the implementation of an effective programme of maintenance and project works whilst maintaining statutory compliance.  The Estates Manager provides professional advice in respect of property, estates and sports facilities, security, H&S and environmental matters.

Application Form

Candidates are required to complete and submit the Pinewood School Application Form to Mrs Jo Ranstead, Assistant Bursar (, prior to the closing date of 8am on Monday 14th January 2019. Candidates may also wish to include a copy of their CV and a covering letter outlining what they believe they can bring to this post.

Applications without a completed Pinewood School Application Form will not be considered.

Interviews including tours of the school buildings and grounds will take place during the week commencing 21st January 2019.


Gap Students

Enthusiastic and energetic Gappers required to join us for a one year contract from January – mid December 2020 to assist with a wide variety of tasks across the School.  Details on the roles can be found on the job description below and will include assisting with sport, classroom activities and boarding duties.   Applicants must be willing to involve themselves right across the School and be happy to take on a wide variety of responsibilities.

Accommodation and food will be provided.  Salary available on request.

Overseas applicants without a British passport will need to be a minimum of 18 years of age by 1st January 2020 and must be able to obtain their own working visas (usually obtained as a Tier 5 Student Working Visa or an Ancestry Visa).  The School is unable to provide visa sponsorship for applicants.
